One of my favourites. This building is great for the downtown professional who needs to be close to the action but not hear it all. The larger penthouse suites have huge decks that can easily cater 20 people with BBQ hookups as well. This is one of the better value condo's in downtown Toronto with very large living spaces and bedrooms. There are a nice mix on one and two storey condo's but no exercise or recreation facilities here, which does however result in low condo fees. Heat and Hydro are paid separately by owners.
